Pending Withdrawal Still Not Received

It has now been almost two days since I requested a withdrawal, and the funds have not arrived. The status still shows as a pending request. I also contacted SlotLaunch by email, but I have not received any response. Can someone clarify how long it usually takes for a withdrawal to be processed? My boyfriend has already withdrawn twice, and in his case the deposits were reflected quickly.

HI Shinigami, on the redemption page it clearly says " Payouts can take up to 96 hours to process." . This could even increase on Weekends or Holidays days in US (like yesterday)
